TopBand: V63BM was on 160M

[JA3AAW]

     V63BM was on 1,824kHz around 13:00z on 05-September.   USA/VK worked 
on the freq. and QSX 1,910 for JA.   Sig: S4-7 QSB. 
     Though I got him at 13:09z, QRN was bad here. 

     I don't know how was his earlier time today on 160. 

     (Haven't heard him on higher bands for last 2 days with me).
