TopBand: V63BM

I listened this am from 1125 to 1210.  V63BM was on during the entire 
period calling cq steadily on 1824.5.  He was going from very q5, 
well above noise level, to nil with very bad slow qsb.  There were 
very few callers.

The USB qrm on 1830 was also on sporadically during this period.  It 
sounds like Japanese to me, but I know neither Japanese nor Spanish. 
This is coming from the South from here.  I have heard it almost 
every morning that I have been listening (every few days) 
in the last couple weeks.
