TopBand: V63BM On TB

I worked V63BM at 13:07Z this morning. Heard him come up and start CQing abt 
13:01 but had to wait for the amp to cook-up. He was vy weak and QSB. I finally 
called and made it, then heard N6SS and AB6LJ work him. He did not stick around 
long, was gone by 13:15 or so. He had a decent, building signal toward the end, 
and would probably gotten stronger yet had he stayed on a lil longer. GL, 73
