TopBand: IRCs

Hi folks,

a few days ago I found a message on the reflector from someone
who wanted to know where to get IRCs... Unfortunately I deleted
the message and cannot reply direct.
Dieter/DL1SDN <dl1sdn@aol.com) has hundreds of them and was trying
to sell them yesterday at a local hamfest.
