Don't think so. They first was issued yesterday. Check out QRZ's Daily FCC
activity. The first new call was issued yesterday. I filed mine
electronically today. We shall see how long this takes. My guess is that FCC
is buying "caging" (de-cashing and data entry)from the Mellon bank and
Mellon employees (or someone they have sub-contracted) will be keying the
information into the 610V forms and then electronically batching them to the
FCC computer. That is the only way a call could have been issued yesterday.

You don't know the half of it on this one. I'll explain later if I get my
problem resolved.
