TopBand: VP8EJ

I agree with VE3OSZ...He and I were both calling together...Neither of us was
successful at the time I listened, nor were others.  VP8EJ appeared to be
working
W2, W4, and W3 stations that I was unable to spot, and I think he was just
pretending.
He was also very loud for awhile---louder than others I have heard from that
area--
like CX, LU, etc...and he did say he was on the Falklands.  I would bet money he
was a slim.
