        This is not so easily done without specifying the chatacteristic
impedence of the circuit.

        The simple way is:

1 uH= 1H x 1x10 ^6    and 1 MHz is 1x10^6 H x z   therefore 

z = (H x 1x10^-6)/(1x10^6)   so z= 1x10^-12 

You must then normalize this for the z of your system. I hope this simple
tutorial does not unconfuse you further.
