TopBand: Bill Tippets Comment

Thanks for mentioning the idea that the band assignment are in a bit of
flux.  Before we request specific assignment, it might be best to see how
the rest of the world fits into the band plan.  From the information
published so far, it seems that the band access is quite a patchwork of
assignment.

I look forward to working with the ARRL, FCC, anyone to move something like
this along, but want to confirm that we won't eliminate interested parties
along the way.

Many years ago we were successful in CW segments on 6 and 2 meters, so I do
know they will listen.
