TopBand: ZS8IR

Heard ZS8IR CQing on 1822 at 0355Z.  His signal hung in there for about
5 minutes.  Nobody was calling, so I worked him with the club call so
he would know the band was open.  He came right back.

Received V5/ZS6YG QSL today.
