TopBand: NOAA Propagation Forecast

        The past two evenings have been fairly good here in NC.
FR5DX was an honest 589 Monday evening and several Russian,
Scandinavian and South American stations had very good signals
Tuesday evening in addition to the European regulars.  Let's hope
the relatively low QRN continues!
