TopBand: E Mail Problems

I have just started to receive a fair number of bounced messages. This
started yesterday and I apologize to those that I cannot get to except
thru the reflector. 
 
It may be due to various providers banning Juno because of its junk mail.

Anyone else on Juno having a problem?  Time to switch?   Any better
suggestions?
