TopBand: 160m DX

Interesting conditions on 31/8/97 at 2200Z close to VK6 sunrise, with ZS2LL
CQing on 1830MHz at a solid 569, but no QSO - heavy QRN at his end.  First
real east- west opening at S/R for good few months!  Only other DX signals
from RV3ANQ and UA3FDQ (at 439!).
