TopBand: East Coast report and FW info

Called CQ on 1831 today from 0945z till 1020z (sunrise was 1009z) with no
results. 

Had had hopes FW5IW might be QRV, but couldn't find him on the higher bands
till 1050z on 40m, when he told me "no room for 160m antenna".
Must be a small island!
