TopBand: P29VXX cards

Well - make some noise, and something happens...  received my P29VXX
card in the mail today.  However, it was postmarked 25 June!

Also, I received another card with some information about a possible
group going to P29 for the CQ WW SSB contest.  If this happens, those
of you who missed it this time around will have another chance.
