TopBand: Delaware update

The old 160m body-clock must be working again. Didn't plan on getting up
today but there I was, calling CQ just after 1000z. QRN was not so bad this
morning. VK2OI came back with a nice signal. At 1024Z I heard ZL4WA calling
CQ on 1831.4,  and it took two calls to raise Jack. QRN there he said. Heard
VK3QI calling CQ on 1831.8 at 1037z (sunrise was 1029z here). He faded into
the noise shortly thereafter.
