TopBand: Have we forgotten?

Just the other day, from England and from Bill, W4ZV, we were reminded of
what is and what is not appropriate here on the Top Band Reflector.

All I can ask from this latest round re VK9, is why? 

I feel like I'm talking to my 11 and 13 year old and telling them for the 
1 x 10 to the 6th to stop hitting each other and solve their problem with words!

Bill...do you have to repost this message again?
