TopBand: sections

i feel the same way abt the Nl and NNy sections !!!   over 3000 contest qsos
in
past few weeks where Nl was a mult and have yet to hear a Nl........why does
Canada need another rare secttion ??   they got enuf rare ones as it
is.....another east coast advantage??
