TopBand: Conditions 12/10/97

Greetings fellow Top Banders.  

Conditions were fantastic from northern Maine last night with many signals
steady at +10, +20, even +30 over.  Associated solar indicies reported by
NOAA/USAF for time period observed were:  10CM = 097 and AFR/AP = 002/002. 
Conditions appeared to peak between 0600 - 0630, and by 0800 there were
very few signals remaining to be heard.  Here is a short summary of some of
the stations observed between 0530 and 0700.

Equipment here consists of OMNI-VI PLUS and approx. 400' long wire for both
receiving and transmitting.
