TopBand: Condx last night 12/18

Actually got a chance to operate last night.  Conditions kinda strange
lots of QSB and phased array appers to have suffered from a falling tree
branch or something.
  
Worked Ei8h,la6eia,la3xi,cl6yi,co6lg on phone and some northern EU on CW. 
Not much else on by 0100 (except GM4BES) so went qrt.
