I worked Joe on 14 SSB on Saturday a.m.  He stopped in Mexico a couple of
days to celebrate Christmas.  I believe he was operating out of his mobile
setup, didn't speak with him about antennas, but did ask him again to get
on the WARC bands.

Have not heard anything since.
