TopBand: BV4ME

Hi All,

BV4ME seems to have the favourite channel 1828 KHz.Usuallly he is from 2200 utc
but the strongest at his sunrise /2240/  as yesterday.

S21XX was last evening 1824 KHz at 2300 589 with NO TAKERS /QSX 7 up/.
