Per called me on 80m CW last night and asked for QSY to 160. We went to 
1822.5 and he came through OK but not very strong compared on 80 , were 
he was 589.  He runs 500W.  Worked some EU=s, although too many called him
on his freq, despite his UP 1  !
He is a good CW operator so with reasonable conditions and sensible behaviour
by everyone there should be no problem to work him.
