TopBand: Meanook speaks

Friends in Radio Land,

The Meanook magnetometer data just arrived and show a K-sum of 1 on 
February 7.  Add the usual 27 days (not forgetting there are only 28 days 
in February) and hope the solar wind is just as calm, giving good 
conditions across the polar cap.

That report was for the first 15 days in February; maybe the next one 
will add more to the subject.
