Please do not dupe him!  Give the little guys and the west coast a 
crack at him.  You'll notice that virtually nothing west of the 
Mississippi is in the log.  Why?  Remember that ZS6 is a full hop 
further than V5.  The difference between their signals and ours is 
vast.  ZS8 is yet another hop further.

As for the suggestion that ZD8Z is a reliable indicator for ZS8 
propagation:  ZD8 is closer to W1 than to ZS6, and closer to W0 than 
to ZS8!  In other words, ZD8Z is less than half way to Marion from 
the US.  Not to mention Jim's hardware...
