TopBand: Capicators

I am looking for a source for transmitting Mica capicators.  I need 2
values, 93 pf +/- 10% and 379 pf +/- 10%  5KV  4.0 Amp.  I have been 
able to fine just about every other value.  Also looking for a source
of vacume caps.  I need something around 45 pf 20 KV.  Thanks for the 
help.
