TopBand: BV4ME

/Especially for DJ6RX/
BV4ME was yesterday much earlier than usuall,even before 2000 utc with very
good signal! This time he was on 1822 KHz,I suppose he changed frequency
from 1828
to not QRM Mark 9X4WW.

P.S.I wonder if anyone knows how long HP1XBH will be active /I still need
this one/.
