I received the following from George, JY9QJ this morning.  I asked George if 
he minded giving out his e-mail address or not.  Also I told George about the 
ARRL SSB contest this weekend.  I asked George if he can operate SSB and if 
he can use 1815.  This is the 2/28 log.
