TopBand: A new one! TO0R Reunion Is.

     I knew TO0R  would be on at 2200Z but thats 4:00pm local and almost 2 
     hrs before sunset. I turned the rig on and could hear the east coast 
     calling along with the europeans but not any sign from TO0R at 1826.5. 
     So I left the rig on 1826.5 and did some work around the shack. Two 
     hours later, TO0R went from nothing to a solid 569 two S unis above 
     the noise! Two calls and I worked him at 0020Z! So far the new year 
     looks pretty good.
