TopBand: Conditions and Whining

Most excellent conditions to EU last night...very early, too. GM3POI was
a beacon from about 0100-0230, varying from Q-1/2 to Q-5 over about a
minute. Also heard (weakly) GI0KOW. This seemed very early for EU to
come through. Perhaps this will continue to be our good fortune for the
next month? Overslept this morning, so can't say if good prop'n to the
west occurred as well, although the JA's have been numerous, lately,
working deep into the midwest and southeast from 1200-1330.

It was ever so exciting to hear fellows to our east telling Clive "how
loud he was tonight" and "good to see you again tonight" and "see you
again soon." :-) NOT (See also KH2D's message about working the same
guys over and over...)

Please, please, please...if you've worked the Big Guns from EU (or JA,
West Coasters) a number of times...stand by so that the little pistols
have a shot during these once-per-cycle conditions. We can all rage
fantastic for VK0, PY0S, and TI9 very shortly.

This has been a public service message for the chronically whiny and
amperage-challenged. We now resume our normal monitoring of receiver hiss
and atmospheric static.
