TopBand: TR8XX QRV

Date is Sunday 26 at 2134z. Just worked TR8XX on 1.836.4 lsn up 2. His
signal was consistent 559 - 579. Very nice surprise to work him of the end
of the contest weekend.

He´s been QRV before as I know, so there should be another shot for the
deserving.
