TopBand: Time to Europe

When I mentioned when a West Coast USA to Europe QSO might take place,
I forgot about the IT9ZGY QSOs that were made on the 7th of May.  This
corresponds to 5th of August (when measured against June 21st).

The time of best chances will probably be the same as it was on the
spring side - 0400Z.  

Recent QSL received - RK3PA!  Turns out his old call was UW3PN.  
UW3PN heard me at MY SUNRISE in the 1986 ARRL 160 test.  Nice to 
work him and get a card 10 years after that SWL report.

Took many months for the card - but it did finally make it.  Hope
the P29 card finds it way to my mail box - and then I can go back
to praying for a miracle with EU6AF.
