TopBand: New dates for 3C0DX

Info rcvd from Madrid 29 May 97:  Gang will arrive Annobon 11 Oct just before
sunset,  and leave the island during the day 21 Oct 97. All times  Annobon
local. All equipment in URE HQ in Madrid. Visa problems expected to be
resolved this month.
