TopBand: CQ 160 meter contest manager?

Who is the manager of the CQ 160M contests? I know he is in the Atlanta
area but his call has slipped my mind (if I have one!)

One of the overseas top scorers' is having mail problems and asked that I
request special handling of his certificate(s).
