TopBand: CQWW 160 Meter contest entries by e-mail?

Sorry about bringing this up but I'm no longer on the Contesting reflector.
Bob, EK6GC, asked me to find out whether CQWW 160 Meter entries are
accepted by e-mail or other electronic means and, if so, in what format and
to where/whom?

I've offered to take his entry by e-mail and print it out and mail it to CQ
if that is the right approach.
