TopBand: ZS8IR QSLs

Briefly:  ZS8IR QSLing is up to date to the end of December.  A 
detailed message is being circulated in the DX press.  The message 
includes a list of requests that are being held back, pending further 
investigation.  The intention is to complete QSLing by the end of 
this month.

I'll be out of the office for a few days.  Bernie ZS4TX has agreed to 
act as front man for Chris while I'm away.
