TopBand: 9M2AX on 160M

With the WWV numbers at 74,  4,  0  at 21Z  yesterday I figured that
sunset could be interesting. The Russians were out in droves and hearing
well. 

The surprise came while I was working UR7QC on 1831.7 and was called by
9M2AX.  Ross was a good 559 and we QSOed at 2317 and I put it out on
packet while he was calling. 
Unfortunately the UR7 started another QSO with a N4 and neither would
budge so I dont believe anyone else was able to get thru.
