TopBand: The Eqinox pays off in Washington

Looking back over the logs, March and September 21 have produced some
really good DX on 160. This year has been one of the best with starting
with ZS8IR a few nights ago. Yesterday brought two more new ones with
YB0ARA/9 in the morning (1826.7 @ 1357Z) and S59Z (1828.4 @ 0345Z). The
Band in general was open in just about all directions. Heard and many cases
worked in the last 24 hours DJ7MI, OK1DX/MM, ON4ANT, DL5XU, OK1AEZ, PA3BDQ,
IT9ZGY, AL7R, KH6CC, KH6AT, G4BWP, DJ6RX, EA3VY(?), RW0LL, AND KL2A (new
KL7 prefix), VP5/???.
