TopBand: Skewing

Here in New England, we also noted skewing of the European signals
during last night's (22-23 Nov.) opening.  Many of the Europeans 
were stronger or as strong on my 135 degree Beverage as on the 45
degree Beverage.   Normally the Europeans are 20-30 dB down when
switching to the southeast Beverage from northeast.  Strong auroral 
flutter was noted on most stateside signals.  As noted by others, the 
skewing is a fairly common event when conditions are "disturbed".
