TopBand: Help: Azerbaijan info

Hi Topbanders,

A friend with full G and LA licenses is shortly moving to Baku, and 
will be there for a couple of years. 

He is keen to get in touch with the Azeri national society, a local 
club and local amateurs, to make new friends and find out about 
licensing and bringing in equipment.

Does anyone on the reflector have postal or e-mail addresses, or are 
there any Azerbaijan subscribers?
