Here's a great chance to see if qsx closer to 1900 wouldn't be a better
choice...if that is a clear region for BY. There has long been a discussion
of propagation reciprocity on the JA path. It is felt that many times when
we have a JA path on 1910, there may not be a reciprocal path at 1800.
Additionally, there is no regulation I know of limiting US operation around
1900 KHz other than common sense in staying out of the JA allocation (note I
didn't used the "dreaded" W-word...hi hi.)
