One comment I would make is to watch what coax you bury. I guess
hardline is probably OK unless you have a very alkaline soil. I've had
problems with mil grade UR67 (basically the same as RG213) when buried:
it filled with water. Gave me a good SWR over all of 20
metres...................Funnily enough, a run of cheap RG58 buried in
the same run came out clean as a whistle.
