TopBand: Palmyra DXpedition

I talked with Chuck, N4BQW/KH5, briefly this evening. 

1. I asked Chuck if he has been on 40 CW and he told me to pass along 
   that he HAS NOT BEEN ON 40 CW AT ALL. The station signing
his           call is a SLIM. 

2. Chuck has had some trouble in assembling the 160 meter vertical. 
   If everything goes OK tonight he should be on 160 in the morning.

   His operating frequency is expected to be as follows.

   Frequency    1826.5 Khz
   Time         1000Z - 1300Z or later depending on propagation
