TopBand: Disappointed in KS 10/24

Noted packet spots for FO0SPE and ZL7AA at 10:00z but
not QRV when I turned rig on at 11:45 utc. Condx good
with KH8/N5OLS, JF1NZW and 6D2X loud at sunrise.
Nil from KH5. WX forecast is snow and high winds
so looks like the balloon vertical will spend CQWW in the garage. - Jon N0JK KS
