TopBand: Current Band Conditions SW US

The Southwest is currently having monsoon moisture pumped in from the SW
causing rain and Thunderstorm activity over a wide area. This stuff will
be around until the weekend. Kinda puts a kink in west coast night time
listening. Band should be OK for VK-ZL as thunderstorms in SW deserts
dissipate rapidly with darkness. Although with DSP on can hear midwest
and eastern stations calling DF2PY. 0300Z
