TopBand: W4FX SK

I am sorry to report that Rip Merrell, W4FX, long time friend, fellow
AT&T retiree and 160M DXer, died at home August 16, 1997. Rip could break
through most 160M pileups but could not conquer the internal Cancer that 
silenced his familiar call. So Rip will not be with us this season. We
ill miss him.
