TopBand: Willis DXpedition

Talked with YL operator at VK9WY tonight at 0326Z on 20Mtrs.  I asked
her if they had a chance to put up anything for 160 yet.  She replied 
that they have been experiencing VERY HIGH winds which was making it
impossible to put one up.  I guess we will have to wait it out..
