TopBand: Willis operation

Just turned on the rig this morning at 0930 and found the VK9WM guys on
7087 talking about the 160 situation.  They DID finally get the 160m
antenna up, but the rig they were going to use had gotten wet and wasn't
working.  The operator promised 160 "tonight unless something silly happens"

Keep your ears opem.....
