TopBand: 1809/1810

I'll try hard to keep this positive.  ZS4TX reports possible operation of
VK9W on 
1810.  This was their bulletin tx frequency.  When I pointed out the USA
broadcast birdie problem on 1810 they announced use of 1809 khz.  Good luck.
