Tks to the many who replied.  Someone who has Paul's QSL says the QTH is 
Galindez Island, Antarctica  CQ Zone 13.  Someone else says that's the 
old British Farrady Base.

In any case, it appears to be in South America.  Tks again to all (This 
is a great reflector!)
