TopBand: VK6HD yes, VK9WM no

     Well I woke up prior to sunrise again only to hear those common texas 
     crashes on 1809 and nothing else. So, I moved up to 1831 and called 
     CQ. And VK6HD called me with a 559 signal at the end of the QSO. Then 
     I moved up to 7.085 only to find VK9WM S9+20dB, I worked him and left 
     wondering what times are they on topband.
     
     Before I make that unbelievable effort to get on at 0900Z, what is the 
     best time for these guys? Do they keep to a schedule?
